进入MBA学习阶段，同学们又踏入了全新的校园环境，虽然MBA学生都有一定的工作经验，但是对于MBA学习及毕业后的职业规划不免也会产生迷茫，迷茫说明大家正在思考和探索。为了更好地帮助MBA学生进行职业规划，明晰职业定位，助力全日制MBA学生的求职就业，学生事务与职业发展办公室将不定期开展专家咨询日，邀请校外专家为同学的职业规划给予相应的指导与帮助。校外专家对行业和职场世界了解较为深入，同学们可以以过来人的经验和建议为镜，少走弯路。

一次职业咨询或许不能解决你所有的困惑，但一定能引导你站在新的高度去思索和探究，职业发展路径也会在你不断努力的过程中逐渐地明晰。

在本期专家咨询日活动中，我们的职业咨询师 喻宣 老师将为同学们提供一对一的职业咨询。请有需要的同学尽快报名。

以下是关于本期咨询老师的介绍，供同学报名时参考，办公室会根据学生报名时问题的描述与咨询师行业背景、擅长领域等的匹配性进行学生筛选。报名成功的同学会于咨询日前三天收到通知，如果没有收到通知则表明该次咨询没有被选中，可报名下次咨询。

嘉宾介绍

喻宣 女士

Ø  二十余年外企高级管理人员从业经验，涉及医药，消费品，电子产品及人力咨询等行业

Ø  本科主修分子生物学(Molecular Biology), 获得清华大学国际工商管理(IMBA)硕士

Ø  2002年起在人力资源服务行业同一家公司服务超过17年，担任总监，副总裁，总经理等岗位，业务涉及互联网和IT，消费品，工业制造等行业和各类高级管理人才

Ø  两次创立新品牌和新业务，带领团队荣获集团“亚太地区最佳团队”称号

Ø  2008年起成为上海交通大学安泰管理学院的职业咨询顾问，并担任四届职业导航导师

Ø  2019年开JA （Junior Achievement ）志愿者，在国际高中担任《学生公司》项目的讲师

Career Consulting Day for MBA Students

The CDC department plans to hold a career consulting day for MBA students next week, the arrangement is as follows. Only four places are available for anyone who is interested to apply. The office will select applicants according to how well their questions fit the consultant's background.

Date: Nov. 4th, 2020

Time: 13:30-17:00

The offer will be one to one career consultation which lasts 45mins per person. The exact time and place will be informed after success application, usually 3 days before the consulting date. If you don’t receive the notification email, please wait for our upcoming events.

Consultant: Ms. Maggie Yu 

Ø  Maggie Yu has over 26 years management experience in multi-national companies covering Pharmaceutical, Consumer products and Human Resources industries.

Ø  She got IMBA degree from Tsinghua University in 2002, and she is BS of Biology and certified PMP.

Ø  Started working in Allegis BN Human Resources Consultants Ltd. from 2002 and was promoted to National BD Director, Vice President and General Manager in her past 17 years in the same company, which covers executive search, RPO and Contracting business.

Ø  With good track record to build new business, she also led the team to have won the “APAC BEST TEAM” Award.

Ø  Maggie has been working with Antai Management School for over 11 years, providing Career Consulting activities for students and acting as Career Coach for 4 years.

Ø  Maggie is a Junior Achievement (JA) volunteer to teach “Student Company” in Shanghai Jiaozhong IB International School.

Ø  She is now focusing on Leadership development and Adolescent Education.
