The College was granted the AMBA accreditation by the Association of MBAs in April 2008 for all MBA programs: International MBA, MBA in Finance, MBA in Management of Technology, General MBA, CLFM, and Executive MBA. It became one of the 150 business schools world-wide to achieve this honor. In 2018, Antai College was re-accredited for the second time by AMBA.

For MBA graduates, accreditation guarantees high-standards for their degree, and employers seek to recruit high-quality employees from accredited MBA programs.Under the guidelines, "To guarantee quality by standards; to build brand by quality; to pursue development by branding", the MBA and EMBA programs of ACEM have arrived on the international stage of MBA education, developing rapidly over the last ten years. The MBA program reached #34 in the 2018 ranking of Global MBA programs by the Financial Times, and being awarded the AMBA accreditation not only further improved its leading position in domestic business education, but also indicated ACEMs wide recognition among international business education schools.
