Dr. YIN Jie serves as the Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at the Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). She holds the position of Associate Research Fellow.

Dr. Yin received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business from SJTU in 1995, followed by an MBA in 2001, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration in 2017, all from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Her professional career at SJTU spans nearly three decades. From August 1995 to February 2001, she worked at the Science and Technology Division, where she served as Project Manager in both the Planning Section and Development Section. From March 2001 to March 2010, she held progressive positions at the SJTU Education Development Foundation, advancing from Deputy Section Chief to Section Chief and then to Deputy Director.

She then served as Deputy Director of Development Liaison Office from April 2010 to February 2020. Prior to her current position, Dr. Yin was the Deputy Party Secretary at the School of Physics and Astronomy, SJTU, from March 2020 to December 2024.

In December 2024, she assumed her current role as Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
