On September 14, Dean Chen Fangruo met Prof. Sergey Myasoedov, Vice-Rector of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA University) and Dean of the Institute of Business Studies (IBS-Moscow, RANEPA).

Dean Chen and Dean Myasoedov both made introduction of the respective universities and colleges, and agreed to further explore collaborative opportunities such as in organizing Executive Education and international field trips.
