Meng-Huai Chen is currently President of vTradEx and COO of o9 Solutions China and has 30 years of experience in supply chain planning and execution. She has founded vTradEx and established the largest B2B carrier network in the cloud in China. The network connects two million drivers, 1200 carriers, and more than 200 shippers to create end-to-end visibility of the supply chain. She also provided many strategic consulting to senior management in the manufacturing, CPG, pharma, retail, e-commerce, and logistics industries. Meng-Huai is passionate about utilizing Supply Chain Management Knowledge and applying it to real-world problems, finding any possible way to help enterprises improve efficiency, and accelerating their digital transformation to gain a competitive advantage. 

Lihua Huang is a professor of Information Management and Information Systems at the School of Management, Fudan University, China. Her research interests include IT adoption, big data and digital transformation of enterprises. She served as executive deputy director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Distribution and Exchange Technology (2016-) , the director of E-commerce Research Center at Fudan University. She has completed more than 40 research projects funded by national and local government. She has published in Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Journal of MIS, ACM transaction of MIS, Communication of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, and so on.

Dr. Annie Jiang is the HR Director APAC & China of Miele. She has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management. Before joining Miele, she had worked as Vice President HR APAC at GETRAG Transmission, and GM HR APAC & Director Academy at Weidmueller. In 2016, she was awarded a Ph.D. in HR Management & Development from Tongji University. She received her executive MBA from Washington University in Saint Louis, and a Master’s degree in Training & Organizational Development from Saint Joseph’s University. She is passionate about developing young leaders over mentoring programs and has spent time supporting and advising young talents’ career development.

Dr. WANG Huimin is Professor of Hohai University, a Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering, a Changjiang Distinguished Professor by the Ministry of Education. Her research areas include management systems engineering, complex resource systems, big data-based disaster risks and emergency management, policy analysis of resource and environmental management. She was the Principal Investigator of the National Key Research and Development Program and the National Major Program on Social Science. Currently, she is the Principal Investigator of a Major Research Project of the National Natural Science Fund “Early Warning and Panoramic Cloud Platform for Decision Making of Floods in Cities”, and a National Key Research and Development Project “Key Technology for the Synergistic Security of Water-Energy-Food Nexus”. She has presided over 30 national core projects, including the National Key Science and Technology Support Program, the Major Research Project and the Key International Cooperation Program by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Major Program on Social Science. She has published over 150 journal papers, and co-authored 8 books. She won 5 First Prizes and 6 Second Prizes in Science and Technology Progress as well as in the Philosophy and Social Sciences at the Ministry/Provincial level.
She serves as Member of the Steering Committee for Education in Management Science and Engineering Discipline in University by the Ministry of Education, Executive Member of the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), Vice-Chair of the Scientific Committee of the International Conferences on Water Resources and Environment Research (ICWRER), Executive Member of the Society of Management Science and Engineering of China, Executive Member of the Association for Soft Science of China, and Member of the Review Panel of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Hohai University (Philosophy and Social Sciences), and an Editorial Board Member of several domestic and international journals such as Frontiers of Engineering Management and Lowland Technology International Journal.

Dr. Jiang Yang is currently the CDO of Aidigger Technologies, Inc.
Dr. Yang received her BA degree in Information Management & System and MS degree in Financial Engineering from the University and Science and Technology of China. She received her Ph.D. degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Social Computing from the University of Michigan – School of Information. Dr. Yang has extensive work experience in the technology industry. She worked as a researcher at Microsoft Research and IBM in the United States. In 2014, Dr. Yang returned to China and joined Alibaba Group as a Principal Researcher and was also responsible for building Alibaba’s academic research and innovation platform. Before joining Aidigger, she held the strategy director position at Cainiao Network Technology from 2017 to 2019.
Dr. Yang has published 30+ papers at top international journals and conferences with over 2000 citations.

Dr. Qinghua Zhu is a distinguished professor in the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has studied green supply chain management since 2000, published three books, as well as over 220 papers, including 107 SCI/SSCI indexed papers in English journals. The total citations of her papers are over 115398642 (h-index of 49) and 24717 (h-index of 62) for ISI Web of Science and Google Scholar, respectively. She is a Highly Cited Researcher (Clarivate Analytics) for 2018 and 2019. She received the JOM 2004 Best Paper Finalist Award, the 2009 AoM Best Paper Award for emerging markets, and the 2020 Emerald Literati Award. She is the founder and chairman of a branch of Systems Engineering Society of China-Sustainable Operations and Management Systems (approved on May 18, 2018). She serves as an associate editor of the International Journal of Production Management, and an editorial board member of the International Journal of Production Economics and Business Strategy and the Environment.

Rachel R. Chen is Professor at Graduate School of Management, University of California at Davis. She received her PhD in Management from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University, in 2003. Her research focuses on e-procurement and distribution in supply chains and the pricing of service operations. Her work has been published at Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Marketing Science, Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, etc. She serves as Associate Editor at Manufacturing and Service Operations Management and Senior Editor at Production and Operations Management. She has been a member of INFORMS since 1999. 

Lingxiu Dong is a Professor of Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology at Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis. Her research interests include various topics in supply chain management: supply chain design, contract design, inventory management, operational flexibility, integrated risk management, operations-finance interface, and sustainability issues in supply chains. Her research has been published at Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, and Journal of Production and Operations Management. She served as an Associate Editor at Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, and Journal of Production and Operations Management.
Professor Dong received her Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University. She has also received an MS degree in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BE degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.

Xiaole Wu is a Professor in the Department of Management Science at the School of Management, Fudan University. She received her PhD in Management from Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis in 2011, and bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2006. Her research interests include managing uncertainties and risks in supply chains, and the interfaces between operations and other disciplines. She has published in Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Energy Economics, European Journal of Operational Research, etc. She serves as a Senior Editor at Production and Operations Management, and an Associate Editor at Service Science and Modern Supply Chain Research and Applications.

Huan Zheng is a Professor in the Department of Management Science, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Department of Decision Sciences at the National University of Singapore in 2007, and BBA from Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2001. She joined Antai School of Economics and Management in 2007. Her research interests include Supply Chain Management, Optimization, Data driven Decisions. She has published several papers in Operations Research, Productions and Operations Management, INFORMS Journal on Computing, etc. She got several funds from National Natural Science Foundation of China.
