Profile

  • 1989 - 1996  Pursued B.A. in the Foreign Language School of Southeast University and M.A.in the Foreign Language School of Sun Yat-Sen University

    1997 - 2001  Teach at the Foreign Language School, Shanghai Jiaotong University

    2002 - Now   Teach at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

    2003 - 2011  Pursued Ph.D in Antai College of Economics and Management

    From 2010 to 2011, Dai Fang was a senior visiting scholar in University of New South Wales at Sydney, Australia.  

    From 2012 to 2018, Dai Fang was the Co-Academic Director of the USC-SJTU Global EMBA program in Shanghai.

Research

  • Dai Fang conducts research in several related areas. She has published journal papers and coauthored books in the field of business communications, business case studies and strategic management. In 2005, Dai Fang received the “Shanghai Select Course Team” award by Shanghai Education Committee for the development of MBA Business English and Communications course.

Teaching

  • Dai Fang has been teaching Cross-cultural Business Communications in Antai College MBA and EMBA programs. Recently, she teaches the course of Management Essentials and Leadership Arts for the international students of the MIB program.
