My research focuses on the intricate interplay between technology and society within the realm of business and management. My works study (1) the impact of technology on society (e.g., impact of food delivery platforms on labor market, impact of public infrastructure technology on corruption), and (2) the design of digital platform policies (e.g., how to design big data competition? how to limit misinformation propagation?). I leverage multiple methods including empirical analysis, game theory, behavioral modeling, and lab experiments.
