I am a tenured Associate Professor and Head of Department of Management and Organizations at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I receive my PhD (2019) and MPhil (2014) from the University of Cambridge and Bachelor’s degree (2013) from Tsinghua University. I mainly use qualitative methods to explore issues in innovation and entreprenuerial ecosystems in China. My work has appreared at the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Operations Management, Research Policy (2x), Human Resource Management, and Academy of Management Annals, among others. I serve on the editorial board of the Journal of Operations Management, and as a Senior Editor at Management and Organization Review.
