Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiao Tong University boasts a rich history and tradition which dates back to the program of Railway Management founded in 1918 under the initiative of former President Tang Wenzhi. ACEM is one of the core colleges of arts and social sciences and also a pioneering reformer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as the witness and practitioner of the development of China’s higher education. The two subjects – “Business Administration” and “Management Science and Engineering” have been rated A+ and A respectively in the fourth round of level-1 discipline evaluation of the Ministry of Education, and MBA was rated A+ in the first National Professional Degree Evaluation of the Ministry of Education. ACEM was ranked No.1 for two consecutive years in Asia-Pacific Business Schools ranking by Financial Times (FT) in 2017 and 2018, with four core teaching programs (MiM, MBA, EMBA, EE) leading in the international rankings among Chinese business schools.
