Leading performance in various career development indicators fully reflects the high quality of the MiM program. The Career Development Center adheres to a student-oriented philosophy, constructing a unique full-cycle career support system. Each student benefits from a dual-mentor system combining an academic advisor and a career mentor. The center integrates diverse career development activities, offering one-on-one personalized counseling and tailored resource recommendations to support students’ career exploration and growth. Graduates enter a wide range of fields, including leading sectors in finance, technology, consulting, government agencies, AI, new energy, high-end manufacturing, and future industries.

In the latest ranking, the alumni network indicator jumped to 1st globally from 8th last year, highlighting ACEM’s significant success in building a high-quality alumni network and strengthening alumni cohesion. The college aims for “comprehensive coverage” in alumni network development, establishing a multi-program liaison system that includes undergraduate, Master’s, PhD, MBA, EMBA, MTT, EE, and DBA alumni. Currently, ACEM has established 10 alumni activity bases globally. The Antai Alumni Association was officially founded in June 2024. The college has implemented strict management protocols to ensure the orderly operation of the network. Alumni activities are closely aligned with national strategies and industrial needs. Through various formats including seminars, resource matching, field studies, and industry salons, the network enhances strategic vision and emphasizes practical value, effectively building a bridge between alumni, industry, and policy.
