Fifth Executive Management Training Program Launched at Antai College for Shanghai SASAC 2026-06-06
On June 1, 2026, the 5th Executive Management Training Program of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) opened at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Tailored for senior executives in Shanghai’s state-owned enterprise system, the program focuses on modern corporate management, strategic management, capital operations, innovation and tech enablement, and global business competence. A total of 45 participants from SASAC-supervised enterprises are taking part.

Wang Gang, Deputy Secretary of the SASAC Party Committee, delivered the opening remarks, stressing the need to cultivate a new generation of SOE leaders with global vision, strategic thinking and commitment to reform.
Jiang Wenning, Party Secretary of Antai College, welcomed the cohort and highlighted Antai’s legacy as a leading business school and its cutting-edge research platforms, including the Data-Driven Management Decision Making Lab, 21st Century Institute for Global Enterprise, and Institute for Proactive Healthcare. He expressed anticipation for deeper collaboration with Shanghai’s state-owned enterprises in technology innovation, global expansion, and regional economic integration.
Aligned with the national priority of investing in human capital, the program aims to equip Shanghai’s SOEs with strong intellectual support for high-quality development. Participants will become Antai alumni upon completion.
