1. If you would like to apply for the dual degree program for the Academic Year 2025-2026, please send your complete application documents to Ms. Lindsey Ma via email before the stated deadline. Use the subject line "AY 25-26 Dual Degree Application + Your Full Name + Student ID" for your email. Ensure that you check your inbox and phone regularly for any further notices or document requests. 

2. Please note that this is only the application round at ACEM. Once selected within ACEM, we will nominate you to our partner institutions. However, please be advised that final admission to the dual degree program is contingent upon the admission policies of the partner institutions, as well as the prevailing global situation and relevant international regulations.

3. For the official application to the host university's application, you will typically be required to submit your official English transcripts from your undergraduate studies. If you do not currently have the English transcripts on hand, please contact your undergraduate institution promptly to obtain the official documents. This will ensure you have the necessary documentation readily available, avoiding any last-minute rushes when the materials are required.
